Recipes
Every recipe's cost per serving next to what you sell it for — set or update a selling price right here, no need to open each recipe. Sorted lowest margin first, so problem recipes stand out.
A shared list of cups, lids, stickers, spoons, boxes — whatever you package with. Update a price here once and it updates everywhere it's used.
Compares ingredients by cost per gram of the nutrient that actually matters — not just sticker price. The green highlight marks the cheapest option per column, within the ingredients shown.
These are commonly used gelato-balance starting ranges — not a certified spec. Adjust them to match your own tasting results and house style. Each recipe picks one profile in its header.
Manufacturing Cost Elements
List whichever indirect costs apply to your production — rental, labour, electricity, water, maintenance, or anything else. Leave any item at 0 if it doesn't apply to you yet. These roll up automatically into one rate used across every recipe.
Leave at 0 if you're not ready to estimate this yet — manufacturing cost will just show as RM0 until you do.
Breaking it down keeps it transparent — you (or your accountant) can see exactly what's driving the rate, adjust one piece without guessing at the whole number, and leave anything not yet applicable at 0. If rent, electricity, or labour genuinely can't be traced to one specific flavour (shared kitchen, mixed staff duties, etc.), spreading it evenly this way is standard cost-accounting practice for indirect manufacturing costs.
